TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the RentABot WiFi service operated by Rent-A-Bot Wifi LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our free WiFi service, the RentABot Browser application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, downloading the RentABot Browser, or accessing our WiFi network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Rent-A-Bot Wifi LLC provides free internet access through our WiFi network and proprietary browser application. The Service is:

• Provided free of charge to end users
• Supported by advertising displayed within the RentABot Browser
• Subject to content filtering and acceptable use restrictions
• Provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Access, download, or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Access pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Access online gambling websites where prohibited by law
• Download or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
• Access piracy, torrent, or illegal streaming websites
• Engage in hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to computer systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in fraud
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other individuals
• Access content promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent content filtering systems
• Use VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to evade restrictions
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. CONTENT FILTERING

The Service includes content filtering technology that blocks access to certain categories of websites, including but not limited to:

• Adult and pornographic content
• Gambling and casino websites
• Piracy and illegal download sites
• Hacking and cybercrime resources
• Drug-related content
• Violence and gore
• Hate speech and extremist content
• VPN and proxy bypass services

You acknowledge that no content filtering system is perfect and some content may be incorrectly blocked or allowed. We reserve the right to modify blocked content categories at any time.

6. ADVERTISING

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is free because it is supported by advertising
• Advertisements will be displayed within the RentABot Browser
• You will not attempt to block, remove, or circumvent advertisements
• We may share certain data with advertisers as described in our Privacy Policy
• Advertising content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for advertiser products or services

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including the RentABot Browser application, logos, design, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of Rent-A-Bot Wifi LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the RentABot Browser or any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information obtained through the Service
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

You acknowledge that internet access involves inherent security risks and that no data transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENT-A-BOT WIFI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from any content or conduct of third parties on the Service
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rent-A-Bot Wifi LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or modification of the Service
• Technical or security issues
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rent-A-Bot Wifi LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
